Deserves a 0. Very horrible experience. Did not like my nails, she took my card and when I asked for it back before it was swiped, held it from me! I said you can't hold my card from me and to give it back, she did, the other lady came and tried to snatch it from me then as I try to walk she grabs my arm! I told her she can not touch me or FORCE me to pay for nails I'm not happy with so I will call the cops for simple battery. She then wants the cops called on me for not wanting to pay when she held my card and grabbed me! She then says she will fix them if I pay and asked me what was wrong with them. I didn't want to pay first then get them fixed... BUT I DID. And she keeps questioning me about what's wrong with them yet doesn't feel the need to fix them when I tell her what I want her to do. Which was simple, to go back over the white part. Oh and she STILL wanted to call the cops because I DIDN'T want to pay but I DID because I basically was FORCED to. So the point is if you go here and aren't happy with your nails, you will be forced to pay regardless and assaulted or get the cops called on you.

Horrible experience,I went to this place for a French gel manicure to get service like everyone else and pay for my service and be happy. But this was not the case this owner is rude has no customer service and the one star is not even deserved she deserves a - 0 star. I was sat down to soak and ignored for1 hour and 1/2 every that came in was for pedicure and she sat them right down to get pedicure while I was there first and when I tried to say something this lady was super rude .never go to this place she is super rude horrible customer service and all prices in area are much better she over prices people horrible lady.

5 stars all the way! The staff is so wonderful and personable! I feel so comfortable when I’m there and everything is clean! I have been going here for a year or so and i’ve NEVER had a bad experience! I recommend this salon to all the ladies in my life!!
